Meet the
New London Business District!
Located in Burlington City (founded in 1677), our historic downtown boasts an inventory of classic Pre-Revolutionary War buildings, wide sidewalks, well-lit streets, free parking, a stop for the Riverline Light Rail that connects to trains to Philadelphia and New York, and is bordered by Route 130 to the south, and the Delaware River to the north, complemented by our Riverfront Promenade with views of Burlington Island and the Burlington-Bristol Bridge! We are also minutes from the NJ Turnpike, Route 295, and Route 95.

In short, the New London District offers a unique setting for small businesses to flourish! Please see our Business District Resource page below to find out how!
